RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- Returns / Exchanges will only be accepted on defective items only. All returns / exchanges will need a Return Authorization number (RMA) before returning.
Returns / Exchanges will only be accepted if:
- Products must be in their original packaging and in unworn condition. (Tarnished items due to light exposure will not be accepted)
- Defective items must be reported within 5 days of receiving and returned no later then 7 days of the date receipt with RMA #. Please place this RMA # on a visible spot on the outside of the box.
- When returning, you must be use a traceable carrier for we will not be responsible for items lost or damaged. Shipping charges will not be refunded. For your records, it is best to obtain proof of posting or courier service.
- Non damaged items that are returned will be either sent back to you or returned with a 20% restocking fee.
*No refunds will be issued. Items will either be exchanged for the same item, similar item, or credit will be issued for later use.
